About Us
Riga-Tony’s Delicatezzi Italiano has been serving traditional Italian food for over 50 years and has been a staple in the Delavan community for more than two decades. Built on generations of Italian cooking and family recipes, Riga-Tony’s has always been about quality food, welcoming people, and creating a place the community can gather.
Founded by Joseph “Joe” Russo, who grew up in a traditional Italian household in the Chicago area, Riga-Tony’s was created to bring authentic Italian cooking to Wisconsin. What began as a deli and catering concept quickly became a local favorite for both residents and visitors looking for real Italian flavors and a warm, old-school atmosphere.
Today, Riga-Tony’s is proudly owned and operated by the next generation. Michael and Tiffany Itsines, along with Anthony Russo, now lead the business forward. Together, they are committed to preserving the recipes, standards, and Italian roots customers know and trust, while continuing to evolve the deli to better serve the community. The focus is on expanding products and offerings, improving systems and consistency, and enhancing the overall customer experience, all while maintaining the heart of what makes Riga-Tony’s special.
